Lay down, listen and let go. I'll guide you through a body scan and into a deep state of relaxation and awareness. In the stillness, there's the opportunity to remember your potential, to shift your perspective and to remember your heart's desire.  "I feel an indescribable peace of mind." All you need is a pillow, blanket and lay in a quiet space on your back, with a bolster or rolled blanket under your knees. Please lay in a different position based on any medical needs or recommendations.
