Lay down, listen and let go. I'll guide you through a body scan and into a deep state of relaxation and awareness. In the stillness, there's the opportunity to remember your potential, to shift your perspective and to remember your heart's desire. Â "I feel an indescribable peace of mind." All you need is a pillow, blanket and lay in a quiet space on your back, with a bolster or rolled blanket under your knees. Please lay in a different position based on any medical needs or recommendations.
